- Assess PSEA and safeguarding capacity, risks and reporting mechanisms
- Develop context-adapted policies, protocols and survivor referral pathways
- Design and deliver cascading trainer training on PSEA and safeguarding
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a listed social or health-science field
- At least five years of child-protection and sexual-exploitation-prevention work
- At least five years implementing pedagogical methods with children, adolescents and families
- Fluent Spanish
- Nicaraguan nationality
