Responsibilities
- Support delivery of legal, psychosocial, child-protection and gender-based violence activities
- Coordinate safe referrals and assistance with government, civil society and service providers
- Conduct intake interviews, needs assessments and risk evaluations for vulnerable migrants
- Record case information using IOM tools and informed-consent and data-protection standards
- Monitor protection trends and update service-provider maps and referral pathways
- Prepare programme and donor reports on operational implementation
- Deliver training on case management, trafficking, gender-based violence and trauma-informed care
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or a related field with three years of experience, or school diploma with five years of experience
- At least three years of relevant professional experience
- Experience coordinating implementing partners, monitoring activities and providing workplace capacity building
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced people, trafficking victims or other vulnerable groups
- Fluency in English
