Responsibilities
- Analyse at least three laws, policies or programmes on gender equality and gender-based violence
- Conduct participatory diagnostics with government, community organisations and academia
- Prepare technical reports with reform and programme-adjustment recommendations
- Facilitate validation workshops with ministries, the Ombudsperson's Office and legislators
- Systematise agreements and recommendations from participatory working sessions
- Document the final review process, legal analysis and differentiated recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, political science or sociology
- Master's degree in law, human rights, public policy, public management or gender, or two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least one year of experience designing, analysing or evaluating public policies on gender equality or gender-based violence
- Experience preparing analytical reports on legal frameworks related to gender equality or gender-based violence
- Experience in analysis or technical support for normative instruments related to LGBTIQ+ rights
- Advanced oral and written Spanish and working knowledge of English
