Youth Socio-Professional Support Volunteer

The youth volunteer gains supervised workplace experience with a partner organisation in Bobo-Dioulasso, supports day-to-day activities in the assigned field, participates in coaching, develops communication and problem-solving skills, and documents progress, challenges and lessons for programme learning.

• Support operational activities in the assigned partner organisation
• Complete workplace tasks in line with internal procedures and schedules
• Participate in coaching and professional-development activities
• Build practical communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Report completed activities to workplace and programme supervisors
• Document achievements, challenges and lessons from the placement

• Secondary or university education, or a recognised professional qualification
• Fluency in French
• Ability to follow workplace procedures and professional standards

• Host organisation and technical assignment vary according to programme needs
