Overview

Manages information systems for UNICEF Lebanon’s WASH programme and sector coordination, ensuring partner data is timely, accurate and useful. The role produces analysis, dashboards, maps and reports that help government, donors and partners monitor needs, identify gaps, prioritise interventions and mobilise resources.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain WASH information systems and databases
  • Collect, clean and validate partner reporting data
  • Analyse programme performance, needs and response gaps
  • Produce dashboards, maps and analytical information products
  • Support monitoring, reporting, planning and resource mobilisation
  • Strengthen partner reporting compliance and information-management capacity
  • Manage knowledge and support localisation of sustainable information practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, GIS, data science, statistics, computer science, engineering, information technology, public health, social sciences, international development, WASH or a related field
  • At least three years of relevant experience in information management, analysis, monitoring and evaluation, GIS, statistics, database management or reporting
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data-management or visualisation tools
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
