Responsibilities
- Develop and manage RCCE information and knowledge-management systems for Ebola preparedness
- Coordinate monitoring, partner reporting and evidence use within the national RCCE pillar
- Build dashboards and visualisations for response performance and decision support
- Aggregate and analyse community feedback, social-listening and behavioural data
- Support partner mapping, reporting quality and coordination with the Ministry of Health and response partners
- Apply verified AI-supported methods to analysis, reporting and trend detection
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in public health, epidemiology, health informatics, information management, statistics, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, data science, social and behaviour change, communications or a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in information management, knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, public-health intelligence or emergency response
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ugandan national consultancy eligibility
