Responsibilities
- Support community-health interventions and service delivery
- Prepare and coordinate responses to health emergencies and outbreaks
- Monitor programme implementation, finances and partner performance
- Collect and analyze health data for planning and reporting
- Coordinate government, NGO and cluster partners
- Supervise community activities and undertake field missions
- Track monitoring indicators and recommend corrective action
Requirements
- Advanced degree in public health, medicine, epidemiology or a related field
- At least five years of experience in community health or health-emergency management
- Experience monitoring programmes and coordinating partners
- Field experience in fragile or humanitarian settings
- French proficiency
- Proficiency with monitoring, evaluation and data-analysis tools
