Leads the design and execution of three emergency simulations in Venezuela to evaluate community disaster preparedness, response capacity and project impact, generating evidence on resilience among children, women and vulnerable populations in Sucre, Delta Amacuro and Zulia.

• Assess community disaster-risk management and response capacities
• Monitor simulation performance and document findings
• Engage project partners across Sucre, Delta Amacuro and Zulia
• Prepare evaluation products and recommendations for stronger response systems

• Master’s degree in engineering, environment, risk management, geography, economics, international relations, social sciences or a related field
• At least ten years of professional experience
• At least five years of experience in emergency management or disaster-risk reduction
• Deep knowledge of Venezuela’s emergency preparedness and response framework
• Spanish

• Remote national consultancy
