Responsibilities
- Design the evaluation methodology for project-impact simulations
- Plan and execute three emergency simulation exercises
- Assess community disaster-risk management and response capacities
- Monitor simulation performance and document findings
- Engage project partners across Sucre, Delta Amacuro and Zulia
- Prepare evaluation products and recommendations for stronger response systems
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, environment, risk management, geography, economics, international relations, social sciences or a related field
- At least ten years of professional experience
- At least five years of experience in emergency management or disaster-risk reduction
- Deep knowledge of Venezuela’s emergency preparedness and response framework
