Responsibilities

  • Plan end-to-end supply-chain activities for emergency and programme delivery
  • Manage specialised procurement, contracting and supplier issues
  • Coordinate in-country logistics, warehousing and inventory management
  • Resolve complex purchase-order, contract, delivery and payment cases with clients and suppliers
  • Strengthen government and national supply chains through partnership and technical support
  • Develop alternative delivery mechanisms, procurement services and supply-financing approaches
  • Advance localisation and emergency preparedness across supply operations
  • Manage supply information, data analysis and service-delivery reporting

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in supply, procurement, finance, logistics, business, operations, public administration, international business, data analytics or a related field
  • Minimum six years of relevant administrative experience in supply-chain management or a commercial context, reduced by three years for a relevant bachelor’s degree and by a further two years for a relevant master’s degree
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Supply-chain, project-management, problem-solving, digital and data-management capability
