Responsibilities
- Implement supply-chain plans aligned with regional preparedness strategies
- Analyse operational data to identify supply-chain constraints and improvements
- Monitor budgets, expenditure and resource use
- Coordinate engagement with governments, UN agencies, NGOs and private-sector partners
- Contribute to market assessments and regional supply-chain mapping
- Support emergency logistics, warehousing and resource deployment
- Deliver training, mentoring and internship activities for Pacific logistics actors
- Develop training materials and maintain a regional logistics community of practice
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in logistics, supply-chain management, disaster management, humanitarian affairs, business administration or public administration, or first university degree with additional relevant experience
- At least one year of postgraduate professional experience in project management, humanitarian development or emergency response
- Fluency in spoken and written English
