Magasinier adjoint (pièces détachées pour véhicules)

Manages vehicle spare parts, lubricants and garage supplies at WFP Gonaïves by receiving and inspecting goods, maintaining accurate fleet-system inventory, controlling stock levels, preparing inter-depot shipments, tracking orders and reporting consumption for vehicle maintenance operations.

Department: Supply Chain

• Receive, count and record spare parts, lubricants and garage consumables
• Inspect incoming goods and report damaged or incorrect items
• Authorise and record issues and returns against vehicle and machinery specifications
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and conduct regular inventories
• Prepare, pack and supervise shipments to other depots
• Track local and international orders through freight, customs and receipt
• Maintain fleet-system stock and tyre-control data
• Submit daily, weekly and ad hoc inventory reports

• Secondary education in automotive mechanics with specialisation in vehicle spare-parts management
• At least three years of professional experience managing vehicle spare parts
• Fluency in French

• Open only to Haitian nationals
• Service Contract for 12 months
