E Desk Supply Advisor

Advises MSF emergency operations on supply-chain readiness and performance, linking field programmes with headquarters, managing stock and import intelligence, improving procedures and tools, coaching teams, assessing country systems and deploying to responses so urgent medical supplies move reliably under pressure.

• Advise emergency operations and country programmes on supply-chain management
• Maintain intelligence on imports, lead times, constraints and operational risks
• Improve emergency stock plans, procedures, tools and training materials
• Coach field teams and assess supply-chain performance during country visits
• Deploy to emergency responses and represent MSF in supply-chain networks

• At least five years of supply-chain experience in humanitarian or international operations
• Emergency-response experience
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Ability to travel internationally and deploy to emergencies

• Amsterdam-based role with approximately 30 percent international travel
