Responsibilities
- Maintain end-to-end business architecture for logistics and supply-chain functions
- Align supply-chain processes and cross-functional workflows with IT systems
- Define and govern target-state processes, capabilities and information flows
- Lead digital transformation and process-improvement initiatives within logistics
- Facilitate collaboration among logistics, finance and IT teams across headquarters, field operations and regional hubs
- Own data-governance and reporting requirements for supply-chain operations
- Manage stakeholders across business and technology functions
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in IT, business analysis, process architecture, business architecture or solution architecture
- At least three years of experience in logistics business functions
- Experience translating business requirements into process designs and system-fit activities
- Experience facilitating workshops with business users and stakeholders
- Experience supporting system implementations and digital-transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of ERP or reporting systems and supply-chain applications
- Excellent English communication skills
