Supports rollout of MSF’s e-procurement portal across global offices. The officer prepares go-live and hypercare, migrates supplier and contract data, checks system quality, provides first-line support, coordinates issue resolution with the software provider, trains users and maintains functional guides and rollout templates.

Responsibilities
- Support e-procurement rollout to new entities and user groups
- Prepare go-live, hypercare and implementation activities
- Clean and migrate user, supplier, contract and system data
- Build data-quality checks and monitor post-launch accuracy
- Provide first-line user support and troubleshoot incidents
- Coordinate bug resolution with the software provider
- Deliver user onboarding, training and system demonstrations
- Maintain user documentation, configuration guides and rollout templates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, information technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Around two to three years of operational or support experience in a complex organization
- Experience with system rollout, system support or data migration for ERP, SRM, e-procurement or similar tools
- Understanding of procurement or supply-chain processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data management and analysis
- Fluent spoken and written English

- Fixed-term contract for twelve months at eighty or one hundred percent
- Position may be based at any MSF office, normally in the candidate’s country of residence
- Compensation follows the package of the MSF entity issuing the contract
