Responsibilities
- Ensure global indirect procurement activities align with annual strategic objectives
- Track action plans, risks, resources and stakeholder engagement for 2026 priorities
- Capture needs from MSF entities and platforms for 2027 planning
- Formulate strategic priorities to improve value from indirect procurement
- Lead and coordinate the global indirect procurement team
- Strengthen team working frameworks, objectives and professional development
- Foster collaboration with procurement stakeholders and other GPU teams
- Plan and manage resources, recruitment and monitoring for the activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, ideally with procurement or supply chain management specialisation, or equivalent education and experience
- At least five years of demonstrated procurement expertise
- At least five years of team management experience
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Direct work experience in a complex multi-entity organisation
- Experience in global contracting and negotiations
- Fluent spoken and written English

- Location is any MSF office; by default the contract is offered through the MSF office in the candidate's country of residence
