Overview
Supports Typhoon Sinlaku relief operations in Chuuk by monitoring activities, budgets, supplies and implementing partners. The role coordinates NFI distribution, displacement tracking, protection monitoring and administrative follow-up with local authorities, donors and humanitarian partners.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Typhoon Sinlaku relief activities across Chuuk State
- Track prepositioned relief supplies and coordinate non-food-item distributions
- Compile and analyse project information and operational data
- Monitor budgets, verify funds and process administrative approvals
- Coordinate project actions with authorities, partners, donors and humanitarian organisations
- Prepare status reports, correspondence, briefings and statistical materials
- Develop trackers and monitoring tools for Resilience and CERF operations
- Support displacement tracking, protection monitoring and post-distribution monitoring
Requirements
- School diploma with five years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or a related field with three years of relevant experience
- Experience liaising with governmental authorities, international institutions, UN agencies and non-governmental organisations
- Experience working in relief programmes through government, an international organisation, a non-governmental organisation or civil society
- Fluency in written and spoken English
