Responsibilities
- Map supplier, market, storage, cold-chain and transport capacity
- Analyse supply-chain risks and mitigation options
- Design onsite, central-kitchen and hybrid delivery models
- Develop procurement, contracting and food-safety strategies
- Model logistics costs and sensitivity scenarios
- Draft operational procedures and deliver stakeholder training
Requirements
- Advanced degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, economics, engineering or a related field, or first degree with additional experience
- Eight to ten years of relevant professional experience including at least five years of senior technical support
- Experience designing end-to-end supply chains and service-delivery systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic
