The officer builds and maintains emergency information systems for UNICEF Madagascar, combining risk analysis, GIS mapping, dashboards and partner data to strengthen preparedness, humanitarian coordination, sector reporting and evidence-based operational decisions.

Department: Field Operations and Emergencies

• Maintain emergency information systems, databases and tools
• Develop risk dashboards and spatial-temporal analysis
• Produce maps of needs, coverage, access constraints and gaps
• Quality-assure partner data in sector information platforms
• Train partners on humanitarian information-management tools
• Maintain 5W and service-mapping products

• Bachelor's degree in information management, information systems, GIS, information technology, computer science, statistics, social sciences or a relevant field
• At least two years of relevant information-management, data-management, GIS, assessment, situation-analysis or monitoring and evaluation experience
• Fluency in French
