Volontaire communautaire — Urgence et résilience

The community volunteer supports UNICEF emergency and resilience operations in northern Benin, deploying relief supplies, joining field missions, strengthening community feedback and local communication, and reporting vulnerabilities so crisis, nutrition and vaccination activities respond to affected populations.

• Support deployment of emergency and humanitarian supplies
• Join field missions for UNICEF campaigns
• Maintain safe community feedback and complaints mechanisms
• Coordinate local communication and awareness activities
• Monitor vaccination communication plans
• Report community vulnerabilities during routine and crisis periods

• Secondary-school baccalaureate
• At least two years of experience in social mobilisation, community or youth engagement, or implementation and monitoring of community activities
• Knowledge of Benin’s social, cultural, political and economic context
• Residence in the intervention department or municipality
• French proficiency
