Overview
Supports UNICEF’s emergency response in Sudan through humanitarian information management and analysis. The volunteer validates field data, builds dashboards and maps, tracks risks and response performance, prepares situation reports, coordinates information flows, and strengthens reporting practice.

Responsibilities
- Maintain emergency databases, tracking systems and information repositories
- Clean, validate and triangulate data from field offices and partners
- Analyze humanitarian developments, gaps, risks and response priorities
- Develop dashboards, maps, infographics and analytical summaries
- Prepare situation reports, briefings and management updates
- Coordinate information flows and strengthen emergency reporting capacity
Requirements
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in information management, humanitarian reporting, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis or emergency coordination
- Experience developing dashboards, visualizations and analytical products
- Experience managing databases and large datasets
- Experience preparing situation reports and management briefings
- Excellent written and oral communication
- English proficiency
