Overview
Produces and coordinates humanitarian information products for the Eastern Caribbean, combining data collection, analysis, dashboards and partner information-sharing. The role helps OCHA identify information gaps, monitor emergencies and support coordinated response decisions.

Responsibilities
- Collect, organize and analyze information to produce humanitarian situation analysis for the Eastern Caribbean
- Build relationships with information-management focal points and promote inter-agency information sharing and joint analysis
- Maintain standard humanitarian information tools and databases covering actors, sectors, locations and activities
- Transform data into information products and interactive dashboards
- Identify priority information needs, gaps and sources during humanitarian situations
- Support regional OCHA products and deploy to other countries for response missions when requested
Requirements
- High school diploma with six years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, social sciences or a related field with three years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in information management, emergency or disaster management, database management or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience creating interactive dashboards with Power BI
- Experience with web-based management systems
