Knowledge Management and Learning Consultant (High Value – UNICEF Academy)

Designs and facilitates the UNICEF Academy's high-value fundraising and partnerships learning offer for mid-level managers. The consultancy develops the flagship High Value GLAM programme, strengthens knowledge sharing and helps fundraising teams lead complex, high-impact partnerships.

Department: Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP)

• Design the UNICEF Academy's high-value fundraising and partnerships learning pillar
• Manage and develop the flagship High Value GLAM programme
• Create learning experiences that connect high-value income streams and corporate partnerships
• Coordinate learning content with PFP stakeholders and the UNICEF Academy team
• Support knowledge management and internal communication for corporate partnership teams
• Review the corporate partnerships learning portfolio, identify gaps and propose improvements

• Master's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, fundraising, international development or a related field, or a relevant first degree with two additional years of experience
• Five years of relevant experience in private-sector or high-value fundraising
• Experience coordinating and curating content across websites, newsletters, podcasts or video
• Experience in learning and development, capacity building or knowledge management
• Experience publishing in SharePoint
• Experience managing networks, building communities and organising online and in-person events
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Remote home-based consultancy with travel
• Contract duration is 12 months
