GRSP Bangladesh Country Lead and Global Course Delivery Consultant

Leads road-safety policy, advocacy and grants support in Bangladesh while coordinating global evidence-based training programmes, partner engagement and donor reporting for the Global Road Safety Partnership.

Department: Global Road Safety Partnership

• Coordinate and deliver global evidence-based road-safety training programmes
• Manage course partners, faculty, participants, logistics and learning materials
• Lead road-safety policy, advocacy and partner engagement in Bangladesh
• Develop Bangladesh objectives, advocacy strategies and implementation plans
• Advise partners on road-safety laws, policies and implementation measures
• Manage assigned Bangladesh grants from identification through close-out
• Develop and monitor capacity-strengthening plans for grantees and stakeholders
• Represent GRSP and produce regular programme and donor reports

• Advanced degree in public health, road safety, transport planning, public policy, international development, engineering, law, social sciences, education or a related field, or a first-level degree with extensive relevant experience
• At least five years of professional experience in road safety, public health, transport safety, policy advocacy, international development or a related field
• Experience designing and delivering training or capacity-strengthening programmes
• Experience in road-safety policy analysis, advocacy and stakeholder engagement
• Experience managing grants, projects or programmes
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent internet connectivity and ability to work across time zones

• Seventeen-month consultancy from August 2026 through December 2027 with possible extension
• Expected commitment averages at least three days per week, up to 240 days
• International travel is required periodically
