Responsibilities
- Support implementation of gender equality and women's empowerment initiatives
- Assist ITU Gender Champions programme selection, activities, materials and outreach
- Coordinate the ITU Network of Women Coordination Hub
- Support planning and delivery of gender-related events and global forums
- Coordinate EQUALS Global Partnership activities when needed
- Draft and update reports, briefing notes, presentations and communications materials
Requirements
- University degree, current studies or recent study in gender studies, international relations, development studies, communications, public policy, political science, social sciences, digital policy or a related field
- Advanced English
- Candidates must be under 30 years of age unless pursuing a PhD
- Candidates must be enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate programme
- Candidates must be citizens of an ITU Member State
