Responsibilities
- Support event planning and coordination for Giga meetings, workshops and receptions
- Prepare event timelines, checklists and briefing materials
- Manage event calendars, mailing lists and registration platforms
- Contribute to event communications and marketing materials
- Support digital communications including social media content
- Assist with on-site event operations
- Collect and analyse participant feedback for event reports
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme in communications, marketing, event management or related field
- Under 30 years of age (exceptions for PhD candidates)
- Citizen of an ITU Member State
