Child Online Protection Consultant Roster

ITU is building a roster of consultants to support its global Child Online Protection Programme, implemented in partnership with Saudi Arabia's National Cybersecurity Authority. Consultants support policy development, capacity building, child participation and communications activities across national, regional and global levels.

• Provide technical support to national/regional Child Online Protection activities
• Support capacity building activities for relevant target audiences
• Coordinate validation and implementation of Child Online Protection strategies
• Design and facilitate child participation activities
• Develop partnerships with national, regional and global institutions
• Coordinate and monitor work reports and regional/global activities
• Contribute to communication and promotion of ITU products related to Child Online Protection

• University degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Engineering, International Relations, Child Rights, Education or related field
• At least 2 years of experience relevant to the Special Service Agreement (SSA), including at least 2 at the international level
• Experience or knowledge in at least one relevant subject area (e.g. child online protection, capacity building, cybersecurity, education, policy development)
• Advanced English or French required

• Doctorate in related field can substitute for 2 years of experience

• Daily rate USD 145-280 depending on experience
