Job Description
Provide national technical support to UNICEF China’s Integrated Child Protection Model as it expands services across nine western provinces. The consultant will align child-protection standards and policies, strengthen continuing learning for case workers, analyse monitoring data for adaptive management and create an online course on the fundamentals of child-protection case management.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review and align subnational child-protection standards and policies
- Strengthen continuing professional learning for child-protection case workers through an online community of practice
- Consolidate and analyse project-monitoring data for programme oversight and adaptive management
- Develop a structured online course on child-protection case management
- Support implementation of the four-tier child-protection service system across participating provinces
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, child psychology, public policy, law or a related field
- At least five years of professional experience in child protection, social work case management or child-welfare policy development
- Ability to review and align technical manuals, standards and public policies
- Experience operating professional online communities or networks
- Strong Chinese and English writing skills
