Responsibilities
- Review the survey methodology and questionnaire
- Coordinate remotely with the CSP Regional Programme Manager, PNECHOL team and Congolese Red Cross
- Support refinement of tools for data collection, quality assurance and analysis
- Support or lead surveyor training with local partners
- Backstop initial survey implementation in Miti-Murhesa and Idjwi health zones
- Lead training of trainers for national counterparts
- Conduct preliminary survey data analysis with the team
- Prepare the survey report and methodological lessons learned
Requirements
- University graduate degree in management or a relevant field
- University postgraduate degree in business or a relevant field
- At least seven years of experience in WASH programming, including cholera-endemic settings
- Experience with mobile data collection tools, particularly KOBO
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver training programmes
- Previous work in the Great Lakes region of Africa, preferably DRC or Burundi
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Experience in survey design, implementation and analysis
