Protection Case Management Assistant

Supports UNHCR protection case management in Islamabad through interpretation, translation, counselling and case-processing assistance for refugees and asylum-seekers. The assistant screens cases, maintains accurate proGres records, supports field missions and helps progress RSD, resettlement and complementary-pathway work.

• Interpret interviews and translate protection and case-processing documents
• Counsel refugees and asylum-seekers and conduct screening and identification interviews
• Maintain proGres and electronic case records and support field missions and post-submission activities

• High school diploma or higher
• At least one year of relevant humanitarian or protection experience
• Very good English, Dari, Pashto and Urdu
