Job Description
Provides programme support to WFP's Djibouti country office across nutrition and assistance for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants. The associate will help implement and monitor activities, consolidate programme data and reporting, coordinate with units and partners, and support project resources, capacity building and emergency preparedness to strengthen food and nutrition assistance.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for nutrition activities and assistance programmes for refugees, asylum seekers, migrants and vulnerable populations
- Support project management for nutrition and humanitarian-assistance activities
- Prepare reports, analyses and dashboards on food and nutrition assistance needs, resource use and programme performance
- Register, consolidate, verify and monitor nutrition and beneficiary programme data
- Coordinate with programme and support units, sub-offices and implementing partners
- Collaborate with national authorities, UN agencies, NGOs and cooperating partners on needs analysis and interventions
- Monitor partnership agreements, distribution plans, payments and reconciliations
- Build capacity of WFP staff, partners and government counterparts
Role Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in project management in health, food security, nutrition, vulnerability or a related field
- Completion of secondary education
- Fluency in French, spoken, written and read
- Intermediate English, spoken, written and read
Desired Criteria
- Experience collaborating with technical teams in nutrition and vulnerability analysis
- Experience facilitating discussions with multiple stakeholders
- Experience formulating or implementing humanitarian or social-assistance projects
