The Principal Programs Officer will lead country programming and portfolio-monitoring support for ADB's Türkiye Resident Mission in Ankara. The role shapes country partnership strategy, coordinates programme pipelines and co-financed operations, and provides analytical inputs for sector studies. It also manages dialogue with sovereign and non-sovereign clients, supports climate and private-sector initiatives, and supervises junior team members.

• Contribute to country partnership strategy preparation and review
• Lead country-programming and portfolio-monitoring missions
• Coordinate country programme delivery and Country Management Team secretariat work
• Manage programme-pipeline reporting and government correspondence
• Coordinate co-financed programming operations
• Support new financing modalities and partner relationships
• Provide inputs for new project and programme processing

• Master's degree or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant specialised experience
• At least ten years of country programming and portfolio-monitoring experience
• At least six years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in English and Turkish
• Turkish nationality or permanent residency
