Job Description
Coordinates INTERPOL’s Project Portfolio Management Office, strengthening project standards, governance, resource allocation and lifecycle support across INTERPOL. The seconded coordinator monitors portfolio performance, advises project teams and management, delivers training and helps develop planning, evaluation, reporting and prioritisation practices for strategic and project-based work.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Improve resource allocation and deployment for project-management roles
- Coordinate project-management competency development and training
- Establish and monitor project-management policies, guidelines and templates
- Provide guidance to business units on project-management standards
- Coordinate legal and contractual aspects with legal and procurement offices
- Conduct portfolio reviews and analyse performance metrics
- Review project documents and support project initiation, planning, revision and closure
- Advise senior management on project lifecycle decisions and results-based monitoring
Role Requirements
- Three-to-four years of accredited university or specialised higher education in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of law-enforcement agency or National Central Bureau experience with project-management exposure
- Fluency in English
- Law-enforcement or governmental official status within an INTERPOL member country
Desired Criteria
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification
- Experience in an international or multicultural environment
- Experience in legal aspects of policing
