Job Description
Designs and delivers law-enforcement training for INTERPOL. The seconded officer will develop curricula and operational exercises, implement the Policing Capabilities Programme, review training materials, strengthen quality assurance, coordinate external providers and embed human-rights and gender-mainstreaming standards so national policing partners can use INTERPOL capabilities effectively.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Design and deliver capacity-building curricula for law-enforcement agencies
- Deliver the INTERPOL Policing Capabilities Programme across four regions
- Develop scenario-based and field operational exercises
- Review curricula, lesson plans and evaluation templates for training standards
- Create and update training quality-assurance frameworks and instruments
- Coordinate external training providers and future partnerships
- Embed human-rights and gender-mainstreaming frameworks in all training
Role Requirements
- University degree or higher in a security-related field, adult learning or learning management
- Police-work or related law-enforcement experience
- At least 3 years of learning-management experience in policing institutions
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired Criteria
- Experience delivering training with audiovisual tools
- Working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish
- Experience developing e-learning
