Job Description
Design and deliver capacity-building courses for women leaders in Moldova on negotiation, mediation and conflict management. The international consultant will develop an experiential methodology, facilitate up to six trainings for women MPs, mayors and executives, assess participant learning, and prepare a final report with lessons and recommendations for UN Women's Academy for Women in Public Leadership.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop experiential learning modules on negotiation, mediation and conflict management

Role Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in conflict resolution, political science, law, social sciences or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation, mediation and conflict-management training
- Fluency in Romanian and English

Additional Information
- Office-based consultancy with partial presence at UN Women premises
- Travel within Moldova may be required and covered under UN Women rules
