Job Description
UNICEF seeks an international individual consultant to strengthen Turkmenistan's education-system preparedness and resilience for emergencies. Working with the Ministry of Education and UNICEF's Education section, the assignment addresses emergency roles, coordination and preparedness. The consultant will provide technical assistance on disability-inclusive education in emergencies and capacity building for sectoral frameworks.

- Support practical education-sector preparedness and response arrangements
- Provide technical assistance on disability-inclusive education in emergencies
- Support capacity-building activities and integration of disability inclusion in sectoral frameworks
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, economics, political science, international development, statistics or a related area
- At least eight years of relevant experience in education, emergencies and disability inclusion
- Fluency in written and spoken English
