National Consultant to Provide Capacity Building on Strategic Communication and Social Media, Public Speaking and Media Presence, and Personal BrandingNew

Design and deliver practical capacity-building courses for women leaders in Moldova on strategic communication, social media, public speaking and personal branding. The consultant will create learning modules and facilitation materials, run at least six trainings with assessments, coach participants through simulations and content labs, and report on results and future learning needs for UN Women's leadership academy.

• Develop training methodology and learning modules on strategic communication and social media
• Deliver at least six practical training sessions
• Run participant assessments through pre- and post-training questionnaires
• Prepare a final report on results, lessons and future capacity-building needs

• Master's degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Political Science or a related field
• At least five years designing and delivering training on strategic communication, public speaking or media training
• Fluency in Romanian and English

• Certification in media training, communication coaching or facilitation is an asset
• Experience addressing online harassment and hostile communication targeting women is an advantage
• Knowledge of another UN official language is an asset
