Job Description
INTERPOL seeks a seconded Criminal Intelligence Officer in Lyon to maintain and develop its IWOL and BASELINE systems addressing online child sexual exploitation and abuse. The officer manages system integrity, stakeholder partnerships, ICSE database activities, training and documentation while supporting investigative and technical assistance to member countries.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain the operational functionality and update status of the IWOL workstation and server
- Classify online child sexual exploitation and abuse material and maintain the BASELINE list
- Engage external stakeholders and partners to integrate IWOL and BASELINE products in their services
- Undertake administrative and quality-control work for INTERPOL's ICSE media database
- Prepare and deliver training, documentation, standards and curricula linked to unit activities
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
- At least three years of experience investigating online crimes against children and related technologies in a law-enforcement agency
- Proven experience in police services
- Ability to work with explicit and graphic child sexual exploitation material on a regular basis
Desired Criteria
- Ten years of relevant experience is required without the stated education level
- Working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish is an additional asset
