- Monitor progress toward WMO observing-network standards
- Identify programme issues and risk-mitigation measures
- Coordinate programme budgets and reports
- Lead procurement and recruitment processes

- Conduct monitoring missions and guide partners
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in environmental sciences or related field
- At least five years of environmental or climate-change programme-management experience
- At least two years managing global-fund environmental projects
- English fluency
Desired Criteria
- Climate information management in SIDS or LDCs
- Data analytics experience
