Job Description
Supports the OSCE Economic Governance Unit's project on mitigating money-laundering risks from virtual assets. The role researches sector developments, delivers project activities and events, coordinates reporting and budgets, manages operational arrangements and ERP transactions, and liaises with public and non-governmental institutions on anti-money-laundering initiatives.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Research and monitor sector and geographic developments affecting project delivery
- Design and implement project activities including workshops, missions and training
- Coordinate progress, financial and monitoring reports and draft project materials
- Track budgets and expenditure for assigned project outcomes
- Arrange consultants, partners, vendors and logistics for in-person, online and hybrid events
- Use ERP to process requisitions, consultant recruitment, procurement, payments and travel actions
- Liaise with governmental and non-governmental institutions on virtual-asset anti-money-laundering activities
Role Requirements
- Completed secondary education supplemented by relevant specialized training or formal studies
- At least six years of experience in project planning, implementation and reporting
- Knowledge of good governance, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering or related fields
- Excellent oral and written English
- Digital literacy and proficient use of Microsoft Office and the internet
Desired Criteria
- Experience developing curriculum or training materials with consultants
- Knowledge of other OSCE working languages, especially Russian
- Experience with ERP software
