Senior Project Development and Reporting Associate

Coordinates project development, proposal drafting and donor reporting for IOM Venezuela, tracking priorities, funding opportunities and delivery risks while preparing briefings, reports and documentation and liaising with authorities, partners, UN agencies and donors.

• Support planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities and proposals
• Analyse project information and identify issues requiring management attention
• Track donor priorities, funding opportunities and delivery risks
• Draft donor reports, briefings, correspondence, graphics and statistical tables
• Coordinate development processes, clearances, meetings and capacity-building workshops
• Maintain records and liaise with authorities, partners, UN agencies and donors

• High school diploma with six years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or a related field with four years
• Experience liaising with governmental authorities, institutions, UN agencies and non-governmental organisations
• Experience drafting project proposals, concept notes and donor reports
• Fluency in Spanish

• Experience with migrants, refugees, internally displaced people, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
• Experience with international humanitarian organisations, government institutions or non-governmental organisations in a multicultural setting
