Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop results-based project proposals and concept notes with partners
- Align project design and reporting with IOM strategies and results frameworks
- Coordinate endorsement of concepts, proposals and donor reports
- Research funding opportunities and prepare donor profiles and guidance
- Maintain relationships with donors, government and programme partners
- Develop visibility and resource-mobilisation materials
- Organise donor briefings, visits and staff training
- Maintain project-development and reporting records in IOM systems
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in international relations, international development, political or social sciences, migration studies, law or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or a relevant university degree with four years
- Experience supporting results-based project development, reporting, technical writing and editing
- Experience in donor relations and grant management
- Experience writing donor reports in humanitarian or development settings
- Experience with results-based management and strategic planning
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Desired Criteria
- Working knowledge of French
