Supports IOM Venezuela’s results-based project development, donor reporting and resource mobilisation across migration management and emergency response, coordinating proposals, funding intelligence, partner relations and staff capacity so programmes align with organisational strategy and donor standards.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop results-based project proposals and concept notes with partners
  • Align project design and reporting with IOM strategies and results frameworks
  • Coordinate endorsement of concepts, proposals and donor reports
  • Research funding opportunities and prepare donor profiles and guidance
  • Maintain relationships with donors, government and programme partners
  • Develop visibility and resource-mobilisation materials
  • Organise donor briefings, visits and staff training
  • Maintain project-development and reporting records in IOM systems

Role Requirements

  • Master’s degree in international relations, international development, political or social sciences, migration studies, law or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or a relevant university degree with four years
  • Experience supporting results-based project development, reporting, technical writing and editing
  • Experience in donor relations and grant management
  • Experience writing donor reports in humanitarian or development settings
  • Experience with results-based management and strategic planning
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Desired Criteria

  • Working knowledge of French
