Job Description
The national UN Volunteer Programme Analyst supports UNDP’s stabilization and peace-consolidation programme in Bangui by formulating projects, coordinating financing and maintaining programme quality. The assignment contributes to donor engagement, financial follow-up, annual reporting, project closure, knowledge management and capacity-building for the country office and local partners.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Analyze donor priorities to identify future calls for proposals
- Draft project documents in line with UNDP quality standards
- Prepare project-review and steering-committee meetings and provide secretariat support
- Develop concept notes and funding agreements with financial partners
- Align project proposals with the country programme, national development plan and UNSDCF
- Contribute to annual project and country-office reports
- Document good practices and support knowledge-sharing with programme staff and local partners
Role Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in development-project formulation and management
- Strong experience using Quantum for financial monitoring, fund allocation and budget revisions
- French
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of UNDP or UN-system operational procedures, quality standards and programming cycles
- Field experience in the Central African Republic or other sub-Saharan African countries
