Job Description
Provides national consultancy support for Grenada's inventory of banks of waste-controlled substances and its national management plan. Working with UNEP's OzonAction Branch and Grenada's National Ozone Unit, the consultant coordinates data-collection support, expert and stakeholder consultations, project reporting and dissemination so the Government can validate the inventory and plan.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to UNEP's independent national consultant for inventory data collection
- Lead stakeholder consultations to obtain input, support and validation for the inventory and national plan
- Support the National Ozone Unit to establish and coordinate a national expert team
- Organise stakeholder consultations, meetings and events to secure approval and disseminate project results and technical information
- Prepare project reports that reflect the Multilateral Fund's gender mainstreaming policy
- Work with UNEP's international consultant and Grenada's National Ozone Unit on the inventory and national plan
Role Requirements
- Completion of a recognised high school diploma
- At least three years of experience working with Grenada's National Ozone Unit and understanding of the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector
- At least two years of national-level experience in project implementation and reporting, including progress reports and stakeholder consultations
- Fluency in oral and written English
