National Project Associate

UNIDO seeks a National Project Associate in Manila to support green industrial transformation in the Philippines. The associate will prepare workplans, coordinate partners and operations, organize committee meetings, track milestones and budgets, manage consultants, support training, monitor progress, prepare reports, and help deliver industrial-policy capacity development.

• Prepare workplans and coordinate daily project operations
• Consult project-execution partners
• Prepare steering-committee meetings and documentation
• Record project-meeting minutes and results
• Monitor milestones and take corrective action
• Coordinate partners, consultants and subcontractors
• Support training, workshops and project missions
• Track project performance and prepare reports

• Advanced degree in economics, public administration, business administration, political science, international relations, engineering or a relevant field
• At least one year of experience in industrial diagnostics, industrial-policy advisory services, process improvement or value-chain development
• Project-management experience with international partners and public and private sectors
• Fluency in English and local language
• Philippine nationality or permanent residence

• Understanding of environmental and climate policies
• Master's degree in industrial economics or a related field
• Working knowledge of another UN language
