Associate Digital Marketing OfficerNew

Develops donor-facing digital fundraising content for UNRWA, supporting individual-giving acquisition, retention and reactivation. The officer will plan campaigns across email, paid media, social platforms, video and web; use performance insights to improve content; coordinate agencies and field teams; supervise content production; and strengthen reporting and creative innovation.

• Develop and implement individual-giving content strategy
• Plan fundraising content across email, paid media, social media, video and websites
• Create donor appeals, stories, campaign copy and visual assets
• Tailor fundraising content for acquisition, retention and reactivation
• Use campaign performance and audience insights to improve content
• Prepare fundraising reporting, talking points and presentations
• Supervise the Content team and assure communication quality
• Coordinate creative agencies, field staff and internal content teams

• Advanced degree in communication, marketing, business administration, social sciences or a related discipline; a first-level degree with two additional years of experience may substitute
• At least 2 years of digital fundraising or content-creation experience focused on digital acquisition campaigns
• At least two continuous years of relevant international experience outside UNRWA and the candidate's country of citizenship, unless already an international UN Common System staff member
• English proficiency

• Good working knowledge of Arabic
• Knowledge of the UN system or Islamic Giving
