Job Description

Lead UNICEF Indonesia's digital fundraising growth activity in Jakarta. The officer will manage donor-acquisition campaigns and digital assets, meet income and acquisition targets, use data and audience insights to optimise performance, support integrated supporter journeys, coordinate agencies and internal teams, and ensure fundraising content and messaging comply with national law.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Manage digital fundraising across Meta, Google, TikTok and UNICEF donation pages
  • Meet income and donor-acquisition targets within budget and schedule
  • Provide technical recommendations for audience-centric fundraising and marketing
  • Develop and optimize digital fundraising strategy and annual workplans
  • Analyze campaign performance and donor behaviour to recommend improvements

Role Requirements

  • University degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications, data analytics, statistics, mathematics or a related field
  • At least two years of practical professional experience in digital marketing, business or media analytics
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Desired Criteria

  • SQL and data-warehousing experience
  • Experience with ETL and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with nonprofit communications or fundraising
  • Familiarity with CRM and social-listening tools
