Summary of Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic coordination of global individual-giving support
  • Integrate market, digital and analytical expertise to unlock sustainable net revenue growth and donor value
  • Prioritize cross-functional individual-giving collaboration and market support
  • Strengthen market capabilities and translate global fundraising priorities into measurable results
  • Provide agile leadership and people management for the individual-giving support function

Role Requirements

  • Master's degree in fundraising, marketing, business strategy or a related field, or a relevant bachelor's degree with two additional years of relevant work experience
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, including strategic fundraising management within markets and complex international organizations
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, market portfolios and strategic coordination
  • Proven success driving private individual giving revenue growth and individual donor value growth
  • Experience in digital fundraising, acquisition and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical skills translating complex performance data into strategic recommendations and business decisions
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Experience with fundraising performance frameworks, KPIs, management reporting and market performance analysis
  • Experience in agile methodologies and digital planning tools
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of emerging fundraising trends including digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with UNICEF's private-sector funding model and Country Office and National Committee market structures
