• Analyse corporate relationships and develop a prioritized partnership portfolio
• Establish a functioning Business Advisory Group with an agreed work programme
• Develop corporate partnership pipelines engagement models and value propositions
• Document leveraging initiatives and partnerships
• Prepare partnership documentation under UNICEF business-engagement framework
• Prepare materials for senior stakeholder events advisory bodies councils and boards

• Master degree in business administration international business economics marketing and communications development studies international relations international law and human rights or related field
• At least five years of experience in private-sector engagement resource mobilization and corporate partnership development
• Fluency in written and spoken English and working knowledge of Russian
• Experience developing partnerships and resource-mobilization strategies
• Experience with prospect mapping corporate engagement strategies value propositions and corporate cooperation agreements

• Central Asia or Tajikistan working experience
• UN or UNICEF working experience
• Familiarity with UNICEF engagement-with-business due diligence
• Familiarity with UNICEF Private Sector Fundraising National Committees PFP and PPD
