Job Description

Leads partnerships and reporting support for WFP Haiti, strengthening engagement with public, private and external partners. The consultant develops partnership strategy, analyses donor and stakeholder intelligence, prepares proposals and communications, and coordinates contributions and reporting to mobilise policy support, resources and technical assistance for country-office priorities.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Design and update partnership strategy and implement plans to strengthen traditional and private-sector partnerships
  • Profile partners, analyse trends and develop outreach plans to mobilise resources and technical support
  • Prepare briefing materials and partner communications for corporate dialogue and external engagement
  • Gather partner intelligence and use forecasting to inform partnership strategy and management
  • Support partnership plans, contribution management, proposal writing and programme offers
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through analysis, assessments and due diligence
  • Lead preparation of proposals, agreements, reports and materials that formalise contributions
  • Incorporate gender perspectives and provide preparedness recommendations and risk guidance

Role Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in political science, international development, development economics, international relations, law, marketing, communications or a relevant field, or a first university degree with additional years of related work experience or training
  • Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in partnership roles
  • Fluency in French and English
