Partnerships specialist

Develops WFP Mauritania’s partnerships, resource-mobilisation and advocacy work by preparing proposals, reports and evidence for donor engagement. The volunteer coordinates programme information, analyses partnership data and supports strategic materials, private-sector engagement and field outreach to strengthen funding opportunities and the visibility of food-security priorities.

• Implement partnership, resource-mobilisation and advocacy activities
• Prepare funding proposals, reports and briefing notes
• Analyse partnership data to identify funding opportunities
• Coordinate programme information for strategic decision-making
• Support outreach with partners, donors and United Nations actors

• At least three years of experience in international development, development economics, international relations, law, marketing, communications or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint

• Experience with United Nations, humanitarian or development organisations
