Job Description
Develops WFP Mauritania’s partnerships, resource-mobilisation and advocacy work by preparing proposals, reports and evidence for donor engagement. The volunteer coordinates programme information, analyses partnership data and supports strategic materials, private-sector engagement and field outreach to strengthen funding opportunities and the visibility of food-security priorities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Implement partnership, resource-mobilisation and advocacy activities
- Prepare funding proposals, reports and briefing notes
- Analyse partnership data to identify funding opportunities
- Coordinate programme information for strategic decision-making
- Support outreach with partners, donors and United Nations actors
Role Requirements
- At least three years of experience in international development, development economics, international relations, law, marketing, communications or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
Desired Criteria
- Experience with United Nations, humanitarian or development organisations

Additional Information
- Volunteer assignment via UNV
- Monthly volunteer living allowance of MRU 40,000
